FC25 on PC: Cant sub players, Cant change teamsheet, cant change captain etc

I am playing with Chelsea on FC25 for PC. I cannot move ANY reserve players on the bench into the starting 11, nor can I even swap say Palmer (CAM) to RW. I cant change the captain of the team either...

No game is still broken and it's January they just can't be bothered but will pump out half finished games, hopefully UFL improves and we move to that game as this chap is unplayable
