FC25 PC UT Connection Lag

I am experiencing connection issues while playing rival mode in Ultimate Team FC25. Despite having a good ping (around 20-40 ms with a green bar) during matchmaking, the game tends to lag, has accidental speed-ups in gameplay, and there is noticeable delay when switching players. This issue occurs consistently, and it’s quite frustrating during online matches. Has anyone else reported similar problems? I would appreciate any assistance or troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue.
