I change my tactics and save them, however when I start up the game again I find my tactics have been reset to default. I'm seeking help for this, as this frustrating me and I have tried to contact people at ea for help and I have still not heard anything back can someone from ea please help me or at least acknowledge me.

In career mode every few games, the game speed changes from simulation, custom to default and no custom changes seems to effect it.
EA have been investigating that since launch and it's still an issue (as far as I know) so hopefully your issue will be resolved by the time FC 26 comes out.

This exact issue is known and we are currently investigating as per this FC25 Tracker.
Hard to say when it will be fixed but our teams are on it.
In the meantime, try to delete corrupt files with the help of this article. Maybe that can help.
