I used to joke about the scripting but FC '25 makes it so blatantly obvious...We roll through a division and automatically get stomped in our first attempt at a promotion. Then rinse/repeat.
Most recently though...15-0 in the playoffs, followed by 7 straight wins in league matches (same division), and then all of the sudden my last 20ish games have been unbearable (in the same division and carried over into the new season/division 5). Seriously...I can't even feel good about winning 22 straight games because I feel like the algorithm helped us out.
Are you ever left speechless watching your AI play the game in general?
-360 spins before they pass it to you (after ignoring your first 3 pass requests)
-Goal/free kicks go right to the opponents
-On corners, they default to having your entire team stack the box with zero urgency to get back on D.
-Defenders that play like Maldini for 45 minutes and then turn into clowns for the last 45...forgetting their position, refusing to step up, etc..
I could go on and on...
