FIFA points have not been transferred to account

Hey I just got a giftcard to my Birthday for 2800 fifa points, after redeeming it in Xbox store I waited now 2 days and still the points don’t show up on my account. Don’t know what to do now. Thanks...

You get a one time transfer when you open fc 25 for the first time. I am not sure that’s even still available. That was the only way I know of that you could transfer them. I am not sure what you can do sorry.
