Fouls, TOTY makes your team worse?

Ever since packing a few toty's and playing games in Rivals and Champs i get fouls for just existing/breathing while the other team almost kills my players and nothing happens.

Also all my players seem horribly slow. I got CR7,Frimpong and Grimaldo TOTY. All are slow especially CR7 runs slower then a bronze player. Also pls change the Quick step+ playstyle. It's horrible and only makes it so your player pushes the ball too far away from his feet and just gives the ball to the opponent. It's the most useless playstyle ever
