Fut champs reward missing..

I got fut birthday Ruben Dias (tradeable) from a player pick (9 wins). Just as I picked him, he disappeared and I can't find it in my club. EA is not helping me finding it and instead they are asking me to find the answer here. Anyone else with the same problem or are able to help me?
