Future Stars Player Evo

According to Advisor’s from the EA’s live chat, I am creating this issue. 

Here is my ticket number: 201949927

I’m fc 25 fut player. Last night new future stars promo has come and I picked a player and I started the evo chain. From the new promo evo missions I got a position role evo(it was under the new promo future starts evo chain tab) and I applied to my player however after applying the role evo, my player lost his future stars status and I’m not able to do further process of future stars evo chain process which means I’m missing my player’s evo. My player’s name is “Pisilli”
