GAME FREEZES THEN KICKS ME OUT OF ONLINE

My game freezes mid-game and it when it comes back it just kicks me out of the game, back to the main menu, and turning off my ea online services, kicking me back of the ultimate team, and from the champions, it also did that on clubs and i´m done losing games because of the game bugs
