Game freezes,delaying,lag

I have been buying the FIFA game for 4 years and all without difference with 22, 23, 24, 25, every time I start playing online the game is blocked in many ways such as: delay, blocking, freezing, and blocking the view of game up to 10 seconds, the game is played as if I am playing in slow-motion video, all this happens in every game 100%, I have not yet played a game on my pc since 2021 online without having this problem, so only I haven't been able to play a game properly. Not only have I updated the drivers and all these options that tell you the FIFA live chat, but I have also changed and bought new parts on my computer and again without any result. When a friend told me that I play on 1060gtx with 8gb ram, it was very surprising for me because I have one: ryzen9 5950x, 3060rtx12gb, 64gb ram and I can't play a game properly for 4 years, it's really embarrassing.
