Gameplay is a problem

Delay input is still affecting my performes players feel very slow like running through water opponents gameplay seems a lot faster every move my players are doing are slow every move my player makes weather dribble change directions shoulder challenge jockey tackle pass shoot all are slow when im shooting at opponents goal my shots are not accurate always going wide or to close to opponents keeper finese not working at all my players are not  performing per their attributes passing is slow and not accurate despite having players with high pass accuracy players not sprinting players are performing like they are underneath water as long as this continues I cant see myself to continue playing please EA resolve these issues
