HiEA_Darko​ maybe I can assist here on behalf of the OP,

The gameplay is delayed & very heavy. I have 5 foot 7 players with 99 pace and 97 dribbling that move like tanks in treacle. 

The input delay is ridiculous, so much so that sometimes the commands don’t even register. If you look through the forum, as I imagine you do regularly, you'll see thousands of complaints about the same thing. Sometimes it feels like my players are dribbling on ice and their turning circle is that of a bus. 

The list of things wrong with the gameplay are as long as my arm but I’ll await your response with a fix before I continue.

Unfortunately they are trying to find the player who talked smack to him they don't give a dam about gameplay as shown over the past 10 years. The reason the delay is there is so you score as many as possible pass and tackle doesn't register on this game. Kids score, kids get daddys wallet, kids buy cards.

What are the odds of getting a response to that one, lol? I mean I 100% agree with everything you said and this is where EA usually goes radio silent [insert monkey emojis covering eyes, ears and mouth here]. I’d love to be proven wrong, but it just seems like they want to ignore the problem rather than actually engage with their customers and commit to improving their product.
