Getting dashboarded in squad battles

Every week in my squad battles matches I'm just playing a game and I get sent to the dashboard 

When I returned to the squad battle menu I have played that game but haven't got any points for it! 

Incredible frustrating when it's very hard to get points this year

Why does this keep happening?
