Has moving the goalkeeper changed? Just went into a game and tried moving my goalkeeper using the right stick and he didn’t move. Looked in the settings and saw that you now have to use up on the d pad aswell? If true this has to be most backwards change ever

Very difficulty to move the goalkeeper in online mode. I should hold ,,up" button and R3. In fc 24 I only use R3

What happens when the bug occurs? My keeper can't move for corners free kicks or open play
What should be happening instead? I should be able to bring him out off his line n position him better for shots crosses ect
I cannot move my keeper myself I've tried manual auto semi auto everything I'm losing countless goals from corners free kicks n open play as my keeper just stays on line constant n I cant controll him at all.
It's always been hold in right stick n move but it just doesn't work at all.
Please help Im currently re installing game as got to try everything.
Yes it changed because of last years game since you could send your GK inside the net and would basically defend everything. It's only 2 steps now whilst in open play, FKs and Corners it's still the same
Its different controls.. If you press Y 2 times it will automatically position for crosses, and press once more to cancel it. If you press Y 2 times and hold Y he will rush out but not dive and try to contain. Right stick movement is only for one small step and barely noticeable.
