Gold package error
I have a problem, I have an unopened package, but when I try to open it it gives me an error, the package is a gold one won from another package. I can't open any other package until I open this one.

I got the same error but in my xbox
I have the same issue been like this since about 2pm today in UK so looks like I can't open my rewards or any my packs keeps kicking me back so yeah this needs to be sorted asap i am also on Xbox
