Hackers cost me Rank 2. Please resolve this!

Just played a hacker, reported them VIA the reporting tool on the EA profile. Was losing 3-0, suddenly momentum goes my way and then I bring it back to 4-3. Suddenly after playing 14 consecutive games, I spontaneously disconnect on the last one in the 104th minute. I cannot stress this enough, i have spoken to an advisor and they have said writing a forum post will get me in touch with a community manager, and he has seen compensation given to people in the correct situation. 

I currently have a wired connection, with 1GB download and a minimum of 100MB upload, and he checked if there was any server issues his end and he said there are none to be reported.

The state of this game is an absolute shambles, atleast 3 hackers every weekend. I don't mind getting 2 and still finishing Rank 2 but when you require the last game that you have turned around, to then be smacked with a disconnect. 

I feel that the love for this game has gone, and I already know there will be no compensation,

Shame that after playing these games for 17 years it has come to this.
