    It took quite a bit of time but opening a ticket on EA Help's website rather than on these forums lead to an email response.
    I was then able to provide further details and after quite a few days they have provided me with my missing content.

    I would recommend everyone attempt to make an official ticket via the EA Help website.

I would like to know if theres been any update on this issue, I've seen plenty of people experiencing the same issue as me throught the forums.

    Same Problem here.  Played fc 24 all year and fc 25 from day 1 of early acces but did not get the club-membership evo
