How do I fix losing control of my players when trying to play online

When playing online (Clubs, Rivals on UT) I will lose control of my team and this is causing me to lose games and my patience as I have repaired the game and reinstalled and still happening.  Any ...

@ljagraham13 Happens to me too on PlayStation 5 there’s no way to fix it my player freezes an stops when I’m holding sprint he doesn’t move and when I hold sprint he continues running when I don’t want him too he just danders off the pitch or runs away in a different direction
