How do I get my back up codes up

When you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen with directions to write them down should you need them in the future. To view them at any other time, head to the Security and Privacy tab of your EA Account portal, click on Two-factor authentication, enter the security code, and then select View Backup Codes to reveal them. 

If you didn't write them down at the time, and if you can't retrieve a verification code to view them, you'll need our support team's help to recover access to the account. Click this link to get in touch with the support team, and they'll do their best to get you back into your EA account.
