I'm in the same boat. I can't get into my old email, which is linked to my Steam account. So, I can't unlink it, and I can't play any more EA games until they fix it. I was really hyped for the new Battlefield, but looks like I'm missing out.
I have the same problem i want unlink my ps account from an old email wich i can't access but i can't connect to an agent
Ya it is absolute nightmare, like previously stated. It is far beyond bad customer service, its non existent. I somehow found a window where I started a live chat and was like 300+ in a queue, around 89 it kicked me out of queue, now I cannot find the window again :)
I thought I was the only one I have this exact same issue RN I can't play the new battlefield because my old account was deleted and I don't receive any emails to even update it, so I guess we're all just **bleep** out of luck
