If your request was denied then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

I just had the same, it feels like an eternity that cheaters get away with that, it happens every year and they did absolutely nothing to counter this, 5th day that the game pre released and cheaters can already do it, just put an anti-cheat, is it too hard to ask to you?
