I bought 2800 points on 7 October for FC 25 and didn't receive them, But when i checked the transaction, I found that the order was made for FC 24 accidently, I don't know how that happened, I need them to be transfered to fc 25, I'm trying to contact an advisor by chat but the chat option is not available anymore.
