I can't refund my game with a bug because I bought it in the prerelease...

I bought EAFC25 loyalty edition, I had play the game 19 hours. Also, I couldn't play the game for 4 days because it had a bug that didn't let me play any single game in FUT except from Rush. I had to fix it by my own because no one helped me (well done EA). Basically I bought the prerelease and I wasn't able to play 4 days. What is worse? After I fix the game, for some reason my players are far more slower and dumb and they basically don't want to play well even though if I had tried different tactis and some top rated players. I'm not a noob in FIFA, I had play for some years and this one is by far the worse one in relation to the other ones. I want a complet refund of the game but they say that "you are not ellegible" because I bought the prerelease. I don't like this game, they have tried to add new things without thinking how it can have an impact on the game. Oh, surprise surpise, after reading some info from 2015, I FOUND OUT THAT THIS BUG THAT I HAD IS ON THE GAME SINCE 2015. 9 YEARS EA, 9 FREAKING YEARS AND YOU CAN'T FIX A BUG. I want my money back because I feel that this game is a scam. I bought in-game points as well and I want my money back. So you all mods I don't care how but you have to change your policies because what you are doing somehow has to be ilegal. It can't be that people is paying for a prerelease version and we can't play for 4 days straight and you offer no solution nor refund. I hope to receive a notification on how to proceed to get my refund. As I said, I don't care about your policies. I'm a customer and I have my rights to ask for a refund if the product isn't working properly.
