I don't have my pre-order rewards for eafc25 or my rewards from last FIFA obj

When logging into eafc25 after pre-ordering it on Nintendo almost immediately after available, I noticed I have none of the fc points that come with the pre-order nor do I have the promised packs aswell as the ones received from completing objectives last year. My ea account is under IssKochie and I hope to see this mistake hopefully fixed or atleast ana explanation.
