I dont know ow if it happens to other people

When I'm playing rivals during a game when i try and go on team management to change substitute it doesnt load up it goes back to pause menu its happened twice now

Try restarting the game, checking for updates, or clearing cache. If it keeps happening, report it to EA — sounds like a known glitch others have faced too.
