i have two types of problems

I have two types of problems.

Problem number 1:
I just bought four 88-rated cards to complete an SBC.
The cards did not go to my store and did not appear in my player storage.
The money from my account (FC Points) was spent, but the players did not appear for me!

Problem number 2:
I just completed an SBC where I submitted a specific 90-rated Lookman card.
I successfully completed the SBC, but when I reopened the game, the 90-rated Lookman card was back in my player storage.
I found this strange because it was my only 90-rated Lookman card.
The same issue happened with all the other cards involved in the SBC.
I received the reward, but the players are still in my club!

I need support because problem number 1 is causing me a disadvantage.
