Icon pack missing

I opened 2 86+ Icon packs on my phone app a week ago which is in dutch as I am half dutch and grow up in the nederlands but I recieved 2 HERO not ICON from the pack (Said icon both time). Now I am seeing everywhere people are getting their Icons for being mislead while I have nothing back. It literally said Icon and I was mislead into purchasing the points and effectively am being scammed by EA. Where is my Icon i was advertised? This is very wrong.
