Icon Switching (gameplay setting) Missing?

Hello. Has Icon switching (the ability to click R3 and easily switch to any player using the button mapping in their head) been removed from the PS4 version of the game on purpose? This was really useful for me in defence and I hate how I have to scramble with L1 and the right stick to switch again now after really improving my game with Icon Switching last year.
