From what I’ve read on social media, there appears to be an issue with the compensation for those who opened the pack on console. Is this true for all of you, or are there some who opened it on the web app or companion app and didn’t receive it either? I’m trying to understand the issue in order to report it to consumer protection agencies.

i opened both packs on the web app, while in dutch, and only received 1 compensation pack. i even refreshed the page before purchasing the 2nd one to see if any text changed but the description still said icon
