Icon/Hero Pack Compensation Missing

I opened the supposed 'Icon pack' last week, just like many others did. The description clearly state Icon both times but whilst others in the community have received icon packs as compensation, I haven't. Not sure why but I see many other users complain they didnt receive the compensation either. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hello Its been a day without any response and its been a week without any resolution. I got yesterday this answer from they EA Help I wrote here to communicate with relevant team and nothing is happening? Is this response from EA Help some kind of lie? There is the part of the conversetion telling me that here I got the help. I hide the name of the advisor, I have my name visible.

( 10m 19s ) Advisor: As I have checked with the team and would like to inform you that most of the players has received make good for the pack however the team has informed for all the players who has not received the makegoods in the account as of now so in this case I suggest you to kindly report the issue to the relevant team so that the team can review it and help you with the best possible resoultion to you.
