If i have ea play pro i will get the hero player on fc25

Hello, i need some help, if i have ea play pro then i will get the free hero player?

    Hi,

    I have recently bought EA play pro for FC25, I received all the rewards except the ones from FC Ultimate Team. Is there a reason for this, is this a glitch? 

    Can you help me please?
