Internet Problem (High Ping)

Hello. Im from Romania (Europe)

I have an internet subscription with a speed of 2.3gb (download 900mb/ping 16/upload 90mb) but in ea fc25 I have ping 50-60. Can you tell me why? The internet provider is Orange. I called them and they always told me that it's not a problem with them. Can you help me with an answer? Is there a problem with the EA Sports servers?

On a 1gb connection but from another provider I had ping 20-25 all the time. (Digi)
