keep getting kicked out off fut champs mid game

ive played fut champs for ages now and this has never happened i would normally get atleast 9-10 wins but this time ive lost over half my games due to this issue. I contacted ea support and they told me to come here and ask if about getting my games back or atleast the rewards im owed.
