I've just had a similar experience where all my players were locked by a hacker. I've contacted support and been told that EA's policy is to not hand out any compensation. This company does not respect your time or your experience. All they care about is their own bottom line. They're a soulless corporation who answers to a board full of slimy businessmen who have never touched a video game in their entire lives. It's a shame, because many of the people who work for them genuinely do care. But those at the very top wouldn't p### on you if you were on fire.
