Lag before first goal in career mode (FC25)

I'm playing carrer mode and my pc specs are way better than the reccomended ones, and the game runs well most of the time, except when the match starts. My fps drops to 30, and seems like it's locked on 30 fps, although it's not. I have a 144hz monitor and my fps is in unlimited mode, but still, my game locks the fps to 30. That changes when I or the other team scores the first goal. Then, the fps goes to about 70-120, a playable framerate. I do livestreams and the quality on 30fps is unwatchable. Is someone else having this problem, or can someone help me? The game is just laggy before the first goal, and I have no idea why...
