lags, delays every 1-2 minutes in the game

good day I have a computer with a 4060 video card (150=FPS in the game) 500 mb fiber optic internet I have lags, freezes every 1-2 minutes.

All other processes work fine, but FC 25 is not working, it has been like this for 5 months. I am from Ukraine, what do I need to do or will you refund my money?

When do you lose because of this? I don't really like such a big company and they can't do anything?
