Live Tuning Update #2 - Headers Severely Underpowered

Question

Headers are now severely underpowered following Live Tuning Update #2. Contested headers are now virtually impossible to score as they almost always go wide, even if aiming on target, and have far too little power to challenge the goalkeeper.

My suggestion is to reverse the changes to headers made in Live Tuning Update #2 for headers made in open play, so that this is still a viable way of scoring.

For corners, the changes could be kept but scaled back slightly, rather than making it impossible to score. Another solution would be to make it harder to win headers from corners, rather than reducing the accuracy of the header.

No u can’t score contested headers…Only when player is completely alone.&nbsp;Nerfing everything else is never gonna work out. And this game is never gonna work as a sim with long halves. The more sim u try to make it the more people will find bugs and exploits that will be even more effective if all normal ways to score are super hard (sim style).&nbsp;The way to go is Balance not Sim. At least until they create a more bug/exploit-free game.&nbsp;Headers are super underpowered right now compared to other ways of scoring.&nbsp;

@MessyMuckDude the easy solution is to tune down playstyles aerial etc..Normal headers from normal players has never been very OPBut I agree: headers now are farcical….

@MessyMuck They should keep it the way it is now. You can still score just not like before. They should nerf other ways of scoring to be inline with heading as it balanced now. Nerf skill moves cancels and first time lobs then you will see heading being used more but in a balanced way.

I was wondering if this issue only effects Players who use the D-Pad to control Player Movement and Aiming as the entire community should be complaining otherwise?

For me it has been a Problem for at least 2 Months. In the first few weeks of FC 25 I could score a large proportion of chances created from a Corner, however, in the last couple of Months getting the first contact on an Attacking Corner is not an issue but the weak and off Target efforts they make once they get to the ball make you go back to attempting overhead kicks.

Anyone else?
