Loss before the match had even started on EA FC 25 in fut champs

I started a fut champs match just now. I was checking something out on my phone. Before I could even see the opponent's team, I got a message saying the match outcome will be assessed. You will return to the UT- starting screen. Now I see I have a loss. Please give me my match back because I have now one less match in fut champs, during TOTY promo.
