I have just been affected by this wave of inaccurate cheating bans. I don't know what is going on. There is radio silence from EA even as the forums explode with these accounts from players doing nothing wrong.

The reasoning behind bans needs to change its 2025. Even in 2012 to 2015 we had better anti-cheat responses and better appeal system, Gaming Community rules since 1999 have always been you get 1 chance. So if you used wh and get banned appeal and you get a chance, Then you get hardware banned.

Now in 2025 its all account bans with no proof or evidence that you broke any rules. Ea refuses to provide evidence why a ban happened. That's unprofessional to the most extreme, Its like being fired from a job and they don't tell you or show you why, you lost the job. 

We buy the game so we deserve better anti-cheat responses and proof shown of what was discovered to instate a ban.

They could just lie and say your banned, your banned and no reason, which they do now and its soo rude to the community, it's been going on too long now, We need to stand up.

He did a video explaining why he was banned. Ea explained it in email it was locked for security reasons. He had been hacked before and was likely being hacked again. If anything it shows how the appeal process goes and it’s not just a bot answering. 

Ive see it, normal people have to wait 24 hours, So his special treatment means nothing. It even says create a ticket and it will be 24 hours, but because of his position, its very different, His kissing butt so he dunt lose his job now 

It depends how busy they are I’ve seen some get responses on here within hours and I’ve seen some go over the normal 10 day wait. Some stay banned and some get it overturned. It also depends what the person did and how obviously it is for how long it takes.
