Making a new account after getting banned and play it on same pc

Sorry, my previously account was banned for past, present and future ea fc game online access because of cheating.
It was my fault because I didn't take good care of my account (my previous account has been hacked and the hacker using cheat).
but I can't do anything else regarding my account.

I really enjoyed playing fc 25 so I want to play it again, is it okay if I create a new account, buy the game again and play it again from the beginning (of course I won't break any rules)?
I play it on the same PC, will my new account be banned too?
