Manager Career: High Potential Rated Players Becoming Slow Growth After Season 1

Countless high potential youth (U21) and mid-age (22-25) players in the game are converting to slow growth potential players after the first season of Manger Career mode. Regardless of whether the players already exist in the club or are acquired through the transfer market, players with the 'Showing great potential' (minimum 85 potential) or 'An exciting player' (minimum 91 potential) designations change to 'At the club in 2024' at the beginning of the second season, and display the slow growth icon in the squad menu. Under the 'Player Development' tab in squad menu, further development for the player at their current position will indicate more than three years to increase a single point (i.e. 176 weeks to advance). During testing, when either simming or playing out every match of the season, approximately forty percent of players in these categories exhibit this behavior.
