Matched against hacker and didnt get my desired rewards

Hello yesterday i matched against hacker in futchampions. My players were super slow sprint button didnt work and his players were extremely fast and his every single shot was in goal.There has been this kind of situations which is frustrating and if any chance can i get compensation of rewards or coins or player picks or any kind of compensation will be appreciated.

@KaiKaciSani Unfortunately there is no compensation available in these instances.

However, reporting the incident actually helps EA to monitor those suspected of cheating and to continually improve the anti-cheat systems which will prevent future hacker attempts.

Which button are you referring to?

Also EA_Barry is not an automated AI bot, he always has been directive in such situations of support.

i already reported hacker in hopes of him getting banned but what about my rewards which i missed out on?
