Missing 85 x 10 from season pass

Hey gang, I got my xp to reach level 35 from season rewards. I managed to claim Sancho but I didn’t get my 85x10 pack and it didn’t appear in my packs. It just says completed and yet I didn’t get to open it. I really want to get it back or at least get some compensation for when the full TOTY team is out so any help is appreciated. This screenshot is from my companion app but I will check in on my PS5 when I get home but pls help me out!
