Missing evolutions

Hi. I’m new to fc25 and I started to use evolutions. I’ve used gladiator 2 and now it doesn’t show as available to use it again? Is there a limit on how many times you can use a specific evolution or is my fc25 messing up? Also when will the next lot of free evolutions released?? Thanks
