Missing FC points after i bought them

So yesterday at 18:25 i bought points ( 13,49£) the transaction was succesfuly done (i have proof, thats why i know what time was 18:25) after the transaction the screen locked on something like “Wait.. and whatever” so the game was blocked ansdi closed the game. When i entered again on fc25 there was no points.

I play on PS5.
