I have purchased 18.500 FC points and did not receive them. I have made the purchase on Playstation Network App and the transaction was successful. However, I have never received the 18.500 FC points to my EA FC Ultimate Team account. Tried to send an e-mail to ea help but no one is replying anything or trying to help beside directing me to ea forums.

Be sure to check your purchase history on the PSN store to confirm if those are FC 25 points and not FC 24 points.
