Missing FCpoints

Question

I have purchased 1600 FC points via steam and didn't receive it in my FC account. I tried the solution in the article but didn't worked. I send the relevant information to EA help as they required but they didn't reply me. It has been a week I just want my 1600 missing FC point back.
