Missing items from pack

Hello

Some days ago I purchased fcpoints and opened the promo packs there was available in the store, but when I opened a 25k pack, my game crashed and had to shut fc25 down. Before it crashed I got Rafael Leao in the pack, but didn’t press X to see the full pack. When I went back to the game the pack was completely gone without any message about some missing items. 

Can anyone help with this, I don’t think ea are interested in compensation.
