Hello, I am having trouble seeing the Packs for you tab on console and the web app. I have utilised the EA chat and Rakish advised me to report it here for "special attention". My game is running the most recent update. I have reinstalled the app on console and my phone. I have the played the game the required amount of days to see the pack but the tab isn't even showing up so I have no idea what packs I am missing/should have. the whole packs for you tab is missing.

Is it the same on both the Ultimate Team web app (on the web browser) and on the mobile companion app?
sure 🙂 and yes it’s both the web browser and mobile app. Essentially from what I’ve seen there’s a packs for you section in the packs menu. You get a 1 coin pack a 10 coin back and I saw an 88 min hero player pick if you played a certain number of days “you are seeing this pack because”
now I can select classic, promo, previewed but can’t chose packs for you because the tab isn’t appearing for me as shown in these images. It should across the top on my phone and then obviously on console you can it’s not appearing either.
Community ManagerThe pack will always appear on your account when you unlock them. You may not see all packs if you have multiple unopened packs still remaining on your account.
Once you open some of your packs, you should see the rest.
