Missing Pre Order Content

I pre-ordered FC26 on July 24th for my Nintendo Switch and still haven't received anything for FC25. My EA account is synced with my Nintendo account and have an email with confirmation of my pre-order. I know August 26th is the last day to pre-order, so I want to make sure I don't miss out.
